Jaguar Leather Co is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy clearly explains our procedures for returns, refunds and exchanges, aligning with industry standards.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be in original, unworn, unused condition, including original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Jaguar Leather Co reserves the right to reject any returned item that shows signs of wear, alterations, damage, or missing components.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@jaguarleatherco.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return or exchange. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Receive Authorisation: Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Unauthorised returns without an RMA may be refused. (e.g., you must contact them within 30 days, get an RMA, then send item back within 14 days of RMA approval). Returns from outside the U.S. must follow the same RMA process and ship to the address provided by our support team.

3. Pack and Ship: Securely package your item, ideally in the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on your package and ship using a trackable courier.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customer Responsibility: Customers cover return shipping costs for general returns or exchanges.
• Jaguar Leather Co Responsibility: We cover return shipping if the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery. We do not charge restocking fee. Please contact us to resolve the issue swiftly.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
• Allow up to 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
• You may exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value (additional cost may apply for higher-priced items).
• Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you request is unavailable, we will help you select an alternative or notify you when the item is restocked.

Unauthorised or Ineligible Returns
• Returns sent without prior authorisation, outside the 30-day window, or in unacceptable condition may be returned to the sender at their expense.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting policy terms.
