Return & Refund Policy Jaguar Leather Company
We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery as per our company standards. You can ask to return your defected orders only with in desired time limit.
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your refund is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 5 to 45 days depending on your payment method & your local bank policies.
- The customer is also entitiled for refund/return, in the following cases
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products has some defects
- Product damaged in shipping

Personalized or other customized orders may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Also please note that in case of returns, customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Championship / Tile belt Returns
- Returned item should not be used, unwrinkled, damaged (should have no scratches or torn leather ), and in re-sellable condition.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your return refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- Standard orders can be returned if they are defected for a full refund or exchange.
- Made-to-measure or other customized orders cannot returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds
We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. If you place order, you cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of placement without any reason. If you insist refund and we had already processed your order, then we won’t be able to refund you. We have rights to deduct 15% if you want refund without any specific reason.
Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, leather printing or name engravings are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.

We will do our best to issue you full refund as per our policies.
